Sunday, Oct. 7th to 28th
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Downtown Palisade, Third and Main Streets
Welcome to the new Palisade Sunday Harvest Market! To celebrate the abundance of produce, this Harvest Market features late season produce, fall and winter merchandise, chef demonstrations with hot soups, live music, roasted nuts, and free kids' art. The schedules of chef demonstrations and bands, a map to the market, and more information about our vendors are listed below.
The Palisade Sunday Harvest Market begins Sunday, Oct. 7th, with our own Oktoberfest from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Get a pint of beer while you shop. We'll be pouring beer from the Palisade Brewing Company, Kannah Creek and Edgewater Breweries, and the Copper Club Brewing Company, and all profits and tips will go to construction of The Plunge mountain bike trail. German band Alpine Echo will bring that Oktoberfest rhythm to the market!
The Palisade Sunday Harvest Market features live music every week. Sometimes individual artists perform, and sometimes full bands entertain guests in the Plaza at the intersection of Third and Main Streets. They take an hour break from noon to 1 p.m. for our chef demonstration. Relax and enjoy a warm drink while listening to folk, blues, bluegrass, and more!
|The Palisade Sunday Farmers Market takes place in downtown Palisade, between Kluge and Main Streets and between 2nd and 4th Streets.|
The market features a different chef demonstration every Sunday from in the Plaza (at Third and Main Streets). Local chefs from restaurants around the Grand Valley and beyond show some of their favorite farm-to-table creations. Chefs who are interested in participating can contact the Market Coordinator Michelle Gossage at (970) 464-5602.
Interested in becoming a vendor? First, you should know that the Palisade Sunday Harvest Market prefers fall and winter merchandise. Also, we limit our merchandise to homemade or home-grown items (not manufactured by other companies and resold), with the exception of merchandise from downtown businesses. Vendor products can contain components that are not fully made by the seller but have been altered to create a unique, "hand-crafted" final product.
