June 14 to Sept. 20, 2020
9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Downtown Palisade, Third and Main Streets
Join us this year and do your shopping from our local farmers and ranchers in our outdoor market. We are opening Sunday June 14th with safety precautions in place to protect our customers from the COVID-19 virus. You can look forward to a market full of fresh Palisade fruits and vegetables, breads, cheeses, honey, jams & jellies, ranch-raised meats, wineries, delicious prepackaged foods, and a variety of to-go options from different local food trucks. Market-goers can also enjoy outdoor dining with several our downtown restaurants.
This year we are also introducing an online market, where you can shop for your farm-fresh products and homemade merchandise and pick them up in your car during market hours. You can access our online market by clicking on a link farther down this web page.
- One-way traffic through the market (you can circle around each arm of the market)
- No dogs because of difficulty with social distancing and one-way traffic flow
- Social distancing of 6 feet between family groups
The Palisade Sunday Farmers Market has partnered with the What's Good app to allow our customers to shop for many items you will find in the market, including fresh produce, ranch-raised meats, farm eggs, popcorn, pretzels, Palisade merchandise, home-made crafts, and more. Click here to shop for your items: sourcewhatsgood.com
Click on the Start Shopping button, set up a log-in as a customer, shop for your items, pay for them by credit card, and pick them up by car at our market pickup location at the market on Kluge Avenue and Third Street, across from the Palisade Post Office. Pickup will be available during the Sunday market, where our workers will load your order directly into your car. It's just another way to remain safe while enjoying the products our market has to offer.
The Palisade Sunday Farmers Market will not feature chef demonstrations this summer season to allow for social distancing and reduce the spread of COVID-19. We will resume these popular demonstrations next year.
Live music is a regular aspect of the Palisade Sunday Farmers Market. This year, we will not feature live bands or musicians at the start of the market to discourage crowds of people lingering in one area, creating potential health safety issues. However, we may add musicians as the season progresses. Meanwhile, we will have background music to enhance your shopping experience.
The Palisade Sunday Farmers Market will open with 33 essential vendors, which include the following farms and businesses:
Interested in becoming a vendor? First, you should know that the Palisade Sunday Farmers Market limits our merchandise to homemade or home-grown items (not manufactured by other companies and resold), with the exception of merchandise from downtown businesses. Vendor products can contain components that are not fully made by the seller but have been altered to create a unique, "hand-crafted" final product.
