Please understand that your project may require a pre-application conference with the Town Planner to determine the extent of information required on your clearance application.

Clearance Type	Purpose
Basic	Minor developments and projects which do not change the use or dimensions of your structure, i.e. re-roofing, interior work, siding replacement, plumbing upgrades, etc.
Type One	Fences/ walls or similar structures
Type Two	Signs
Type Three	Single Family homes and Accessory Structures
Type Four	Commercial Projects, Residential Site plans and Change of Use
Type Five	Subdivisions, Planned Developments, Conditional Use, Rezone, Annexation, Variance, Design Variance
Other Forms	Purpose
Temporary Use Permit	Temporary events, structures, land uses as required by Section 3.8 of the Land Development Code.
On Site Permit	A notice to be posted to indicate the applicant has successfully secured all required permits for the undertaking of a project.
Statement of Non-Objection	Form required for special placement of small accessory structures within rear and side setbacks per Section 3.7.1 of the Land Development Code.
Project Review Master Sheet	A ‘Sign-off’ sheet for multiple review agencies to specific development proposals.
Park Use or Festival Permit	A form for the reservation of/ and request for specific services pertaining to Town parks.
Mutual Placement Agreement	Form required for placement of fences/ walls where lack of survey may make exact property line difficult to determine.  Section 3.7.4.B.2
Utility Request Form	Form for the request of connection to Town sewer and water services.
