Colorado Revised Statutes Article 10

13-10-104 Municipal court created – jurisdiction. The municipal governing body of each city or town shall create a municipal court to hear and try all alleged violations of ordinance provisions of such city or town.

The window for acceptance of retail marijuana applications is open from

8:30 a.m. Friday, February 1st, 2018 until 4:30 p.m. Monday, February 12th, 2018

During the regularly scheduled Board meeting on January 9th, 2018 a consensus was reached by the Board of Trustees to open another window for the acceptance of retail marijuana cultivation facility applications, retail marijuana manufacturing infused products facility  applications and retail marijuana testing facility applications.


We will not accept any applications prior to 8:30 a.m. Friday, February 1st, 2018 or after 4:30 p.m. Monday, February 12th, 2018.  Staff is currently working on updating our application and will post it on this page as soon as we can.
