This is a free event to the community to provide a safe opportunity for youth to Trick-or-Treat, and also aims to bring people to the downtown area of Palisade. All businesses located on 3^rd street between Kluge and Main and all business on Main street between 2^nd and 4^th will receive a Trick-or-Treat poster, which will be displayed in the front window. Children are welcome to trick-o-treat in businesses that display the poster in the window. All other businesses located outside of the designated treat streets are invited to set up a booth, free of charge, on 3^rd street, which will be blocked off at 2pm. Businesses and organizations that chose to participate are asked to provide free candy or small holiday themed treats to those in costume.
